Pandemics and epidemics offer people transition points， which some will take and some will not， but they always precede a time of great change on the planet.They offer many people a chance for reevaluation， at a soul level， to decide if they would like to carry on or if they would like to consider it a job well done and transition out of the body.Some souls are pleased with how far they have come and wish to experience the shift from the energies of Home.Other souls are excited to stay and continue to assist the grand shift that is occurring in physical form.In such cases， those souls have agreed that in order to stay they are willing move into another cycle of growth， expansion， and discovery.

《雙生》第十集：開悟

這是最難寫也最可怕的一集，因為我開始知道所有我知道的靈性知識，其實反而都是阻止我開悟的東西，而且我也越來越知道那些都不是真實的，自我所有的一切也都是虛假的，有可能我以前早就知道，只是我不敢去知道，因為一旦知道了，所有我本來習慣的、依賴的全部都要丟棄。

那真實的是什麼？當我開始問自己，就開始徹底地丟棄放棄所有自我的虛妄，自我的虛妄就像是一種競賽，例如：光工作者比未覺醒者有價值，知道外星人比不知道外星人的人厲害，漂亮的人比不漂亮的人得到比較多的愛，諸如此類，可以寫出來的有一大堆，但是那不重要，最為重要的是→【全部都要丟掉】。

當我抵達時，我感覺到其實我內心一直都知道這就是開悟，但是我卻被很多誘惑和美麗的靈性知識帶來的故事性給吸引走了，過去我一直都有種在追求在探尋真相的狀態，有很多時候我一直以為我完成了，或者我假裝完成了，但是誠實的我知道並沒有，那不是真相。也有時候我認為我不可能知道真相，也不可能看見開悟。

是從《開悟日記》開始的也許更早，因為我在做巴夏轉化式螺旋，我感覺到「脫離」真正的意思和作用，就是真的脫離自我，脫離三維度的意識狀態，我感覺到很大的震撼，那樣的知道開始真正地全部丟掉好多自我的知識，我才意識到過去覺醒過程裡每一次的大絕望，都是真正在邁向真相與開悟，原來如此。整個腦有一種完全懂了，為什麼自我的慾望卻剛好是開悟相反的方向。

這是第一次我真正全部感覺到完成了，而且沒有懷疑，也沒有太多真的嗎？而是我真的「到了」的感覺。

我還是跟往常一樣，過生活日子，但我知道自己不是原來的我了，同樣的事情同樣的世界，我真的知道這些都不是真的，本來有的那些價值觀制約就已經不多了，現在幾乎毀滅殆盡，即使這是我相當樂意的選擇，只是還是感到奇蹟和常常想大叫「原來如此」！

而且我很容易看出某些知識和慾望背後目的，大部分都是為了阻止人直接看到真相，方法好像很多種，但其實只有一種，就是讓你不去往內看，藉由去看別人，去幫助別人，去追尋更大更多更好，還有「這裡不好，別處更好」的幻覺，或「你不夠好，別人更好，所以你要更努力」的自卑，全都是為了讓人避開真相。

因為只要你完全接受現在的自己，意識完全處在當下，在「這裡」，你就會開始連結整體存在，但同時你的自我就會開始感到痛苦疼痛，因為它會消失，它要用各種方法來轉移你的注意力，讓你不是只是單純地存在，待著，看著它胡言亂語，一旦你與它保持距離，就會看見它根本從來都不存在，它就是你以為的你。

這種感覺就像你在玩瑪莉兄弟，你玩了好幾年，你完全認同你是瑪莉兄弟的瑪莉歐，你全心全力投入其中，你完全活在瑪莉兄弟的世界裡面，認識了他的朋友家人，住在瑪莉兄弟的房子裡面，過著瑪莉歐的人生，然後突然不對勁，你發生了什麼，你的世界被搖醒，你想起來你不是瑪莉歐，瑪莉兄弟只是任天堂出的一款遊戲，這世界是假的，你是假的，這世界所有的一切關係，所有的東西人事物，所有你看得到的一切，所有你想像得到的一切，真的一切全部都是假的，天使、指導靈、高我、外星人、鬼魂、神靈全部都是假的，瑪莉歐的所有一切都是虛構的，你所有的靈性知識全部都是假的，你跟HEILO KITTY差不多，而且它還比你紅，你就是肯尼芭比那樣的角色，這不是比喻，你以為的你只是一個角色設定，用來體驗你的人生的工具，它真的是虛構的。

我很努力找到負面信念，只要越恐懼的思想我就拼了命地往裡鑽，我知道只要我待在裡面接受它，它就會消散，越來越脆弱，然後我終於找到了我最核心的負面信念，那就是相信了「我是真的，這世界是真的」的信念。

自我在出生的時候是選擇好的，會不會在死亡的時候也是選擇好的？因為畢竟都是假的，這是我努力許多年我想要抵達的地方，卻完全是和我想像的不同，可是我所有的細胞所有的感受都清楚知道：就是這個，這就是開悟。

只要我還有恐懼我就死不了，代表我仍然認同虛擬幻境的真實性，如果我害怕死掉，就代表我相信死亡是真的，如果我害怕失去，就代表我相信我擁有的是真的，然後我在跟自己吵架，自我永遠都想要更多更好的夢想願望，然後實現了之後發現根本不是自己渴望的，卻又不死心想追求更多，自我永遠都在說著將來，或者過去發生的事情，可是這一切終究都是虛構的，這是我首次真正意識到讓自我真正死亡消失，是我真實的渴望，也許我已經好幾輩子都想到達這樣的狀態，我想起《與神對話》說：沒有一件事情是你真正想要留下的。

我寫下一切提醒讓自己不要忘記覺醒狀態。

1.沒有以後，沒有將來，沒有過去。

只有現在。

2.沒有別人，沒有我，沒有任何人。

只有真實本質。

3.沒有別處，沒有那裡，沒有更好的地方。

只有這裡。

●我不是真的，這世界不是真的。
●沒有願望，沒有夢想，徹底接受一切。

所有靈性旅程的終點站就是百分之百地記起：「這世界是虛構的，我是虛構的。」

《雙生》第九集：靈魂家族

我一直在看見很多書本電影在說一件事，就是這世界上有好幾個我，電影《俺俺:33個我》，還有一個外國網站，站主認為全人類的臉孔其實有固定的版模，所以你可以在全世界找到與你長得一模一樣的陌生人雙胞胎，所以他架這網站讓人們找的另一個自己，並且成功地找到好幾對簡直一模一樣，卻沒有血緣的雙胞胎。

以前的我總以為人生只又有一個正確答案，找到穩定的工作和跟愛的人結婚生小孩，當我的人生不是那樣正確的答案時，我就會感到痛苦與挫折，可是，人生真的只有一種答案才叫正確嗎？每一個人都有屬於自身的一種人生，以前的我總只用一個正確答案的人生去評斷自己與他人，殺光了在那正確答案之外的可能性，這才是痛苦的根源吧！

一個靈魂也以各種的人身在地球體驗各種的生命體驗，只要稍微覺知自己就可以感覺到有很多個我同時存在，即使是不同地點不同時空，也有很多個我正在體驗屬於他們自身答案的人生吧，他們就是我的靈魂家族。

有的時候會相遇，有的時候只是在夢裡面看見過，但那都不是傳奇故事，而是真的與我同時存在的意識，擁有相似的特質，有血緣關係的靈魂家人，無論以什麼形式遇見，都讓帶給我極大的喜悅與愛，靈魂的部分會變得更加確定與彰顯，跨越頭腦的限制，上昇到更大的思想體，有一種融合成更大的存在，非常像真的遇見神的實際體驗，無需言語就可以感受到對方整體的能量改變與流動，沉默反而令人感到自在，如果過多的頭腦介入與定義，那樣的相遇就會被阻隔在外，即使是靈魂家族的成員，也會因為頭腦過分的解讀形成的牆認不出彼此。

如果兩個已覺醒的靈魂家族成員相遇，彼此的神性就會因為能量的牽引更加顯著與強大，這是黑暗所不樂於看見與害怕的，所以在很多人的靈魂轉世裡，會看見多次被拆散的靈魂家族的故事，可能是死亡可能是戰爭可能是分離或者誤解，讓兩個靈魂伴侶無法完整彼此的神性。

靈魂家族成員可能非常多，也可能不在地球上，所有靈魂家族成員都是靈魂伴侶，但是雙生火焰只有一個，就像雙胞胎那樣，非常相似的彼此相遇時帶來的神性能量是最強大的，其實只要稍微停下來，離開頭腦，就可以感知道雙生火焰的存在，頭腦會介入告訴你那只是你的想像，因為頭腦不希望你遇見雙生火焰，在轉世裡面雙生火焰幾乎都會被拆散，簡直跟肥皂劇一樣。

當靈魂家族成員會彼此吸引，遇見時，頭腦會一直騙人，但是如果跟著感覺走，就會知道第一個直覺到的才是真的，即使只是想著對方，仍會覺得自己是更廣大更無限的存有，進入一種超越時間空間的全意識狀態，彷彿認識很久那種感覺，比家人朋友更親近，並且有種像真正回到家的熟悉感，那正是靈魂家族遇見的時刻。

《雙生》第八集：預言

從覺醒開始我就會得到一些指示，去看見某些書本，當要往下一個階段時，我就會在書店看見某本書浮出來，書名成為視線裡最醒目的存在，就像有光在那些書身上那樣，我就知道那正是我此時需要看見的資訊，我就是這樣一步步覺醒的。


覺醒原來有好多層面，先是知道前世，有靈魂存在，然後知道其他轉世的故事，然後再知道其他生命層面，因為轉世不只是只有人類肉身，我還有樹木王國的精靈記憶，覺醒後最大的轉變是知道外星文明，因為那正用力撞擊所有地球編程的制約，我永遠都記得那一天。


我忽然去家樂福，一走到書區我就知道架上那本書是我要看的，叫做《我們都是外星人，你來自哪個星球？》，在我翻開那本書之前，並不知道裡面寫什麼，也不知道會有什麼改變，書本裡面寫著一個夢境，說你在夢裡接收到一個邀請函，你才會來看見這本書，啟動內在的外星文明覺醒程式，我就在之前夢見自己在白雪的森林裡，坐在一台自動駕駛的小型飛船，平躺著在飛船裡，看著玻璃窗外的白色雪景以及白色天空，座位旁有一張珍珠白色亮面字體燙金的邀請函，我到一個英式風格白色的別墅，和一群人聚會跳舞，那個夢太真實，所以我根本忘記不了。


我看完那本書，坐在一家7-11，卻遇見弟，他也覺醒了，這麼多家便利商店，我們沒有約好，卻在我剛看完那本書充滿震驚實遇見他，事出必有因，沒有巧合，他是來叫我告訴他這件事情的，表面上他一臉疑惑，隔天他就去看那本書，他說他看了兩次，這是覺醒之後，又再次覺醒的巨大能量振動。


這樣的混亂對當時的我，更加無助不安，好像在茫然大海裡，找不到頭緒與方向，有時覺得自己與靈魂失去聯繫，然後在我不知道靈魂旅程到底如何走去下的時候，我又看見《聖境預言書》，看完當天就夢見自己的預言夢境，這才讓我比較安心下來。


最初我看見自己騎著摩托車在一條山坡的柏油路上，後座有著一個白色的指導靈，他長得很像大學時期的一個好朋友，然後很像九彎十八拐的路那樣，一直旋轉騎上坡，然後換了一個交通工具，是一輛巴士，外面都是彩虹，我和家人在一起，老闆都死光光了，終於路程到了一個高原平台，是西藏拉薩的大昭寺，我根本沒有去過，但是在夢裡像真的站在裡面一樣，我一個人很開心在寺裡穿梭，然後我跑到寺院的後面，看見遠方像山那樣出現的迪士尼睡美人的城堡幻影，我望著那方向，發現自己站在一片粉紅櫻花林裡，左邊出現一個比我年紀大一點，黑色長髮白襯衫穿黑色吊帶褲的男子，有點像我以前工作的同事但又不是，他看著我與我對望，我就醒了。


醒來那刻我就知道這是靈魂傳來的預言夢境。
