Bashar was talking about how to get rid of negative beliefs…
We have offered a couple of different kinds of ways of asking questions of the Self that can be of assistance. For example, “What would I have to believe is true about myself in order to feel the way I do?”
我們曾向你們提供了幾個對你們會有幫助的方法——藉由自問反思的方式。例如:「什麼是我『必定已信以為真』的信念,才會讓我產生這樣的感受?」
Or, and, conversely, “If I did in fact, act on my highest excitement and let myself do that, what am I most terrifying might happen?”

Honest answers to those questions can put you directly in touch with what the negative belief systems are that are creating the anxiety that you feel.

Because remember, there’s no such thing as an emotion in a vacuum. You can’t feel anything until you have a definition first.

So, you can use the emotion. You can use the fear. Use the anxiety to ask those questions.

“What must I believe is true about myself in this circumstance in order for the belief to be generating this emotional response?”

You cannot have it any other way. You can always trace the emotion back to the belief and the definition you’re buying into.
你無法以任何其他方式自行產生情緒反應。你永遠可以從自己的情緒反應,順藤摸瓜地追溯出「產生該情緒的信念和定義」是什麼。
The belief in the definition, generates the emotion; generates the thought generates the behavior. You can trace all of them back to the definition. The definition is the blueprint of the house.
在你的「定義」中的「信念」,產生出你的「情緒」,產生出你的「想法」和「行為」。你可以藉由它們(你所產生的情緒、想法和行為)一路追溯到你的「定義」。定義就像你建造房子的「藍圖」。
So, if your blueprint is off-kilter, meaning full of negative beliefs, your house cannot stand strong.
因此,若你的建造藍圖是「不協調」的,意思是「充滿著負面信念」的話,那麼你的房子必然搖搖晃晃。
But if you find out where the blueprint need to be corrected and correct it, bring it back into the alignment, then building from that blueprint will make your house stand strong.

Always begins with the definitional belief that you bought into. Sometimes even unconsciously.

Asking the question can bring it into your conscious awareness.
自問上述這些(藍色字的)問題,能把你帶到自己的意識覺知。
And as soon as you truly, truly, clearly and precisely identify a negative belief that is out of alignment with your true frequency, it will appear to make no sense to hold onto it. It will seem completely illogical.
而一旦你真正地、真實地、清楚地、精準地辨認出一個「與你的真實振頻不協調」的負面信念時,「緊抱著那信念」會顯得毫無意義,會看起來完全不合邏輯。
And as soon as it actually makes no sense, it’s gone.
而一旦它對你實際上變得毫無意義時,它便會消失。
If you keep behaving the same way, all that means is you haven’t really found it yet.
若你還是保持和以前一樣的行為,那顯然意味著:你尚未找出你的負面信念。
You may have let go of the secondary negative belief.
你可能已經放掉(不再擁抱)第二層(非核心)的負面信念。
But you still behave feel, think the same way that you don’t prefer to, that’s your first clue that you didn’t actually find the fundamental belief.
但是,如果你依舊以你不喜歡的方式在言行、感受和思索,那正是你的第一個線索,在提示你:你實際上還沒有找到你的核心信念。
Because as soon as you do, and let it go, every secondary negative belief collapses along with it.

But negative beliefs like positive beliefs are designed to reinforce themselves, otherwise you couldn’t have physical experience if they didn’t.

So, positive belief are telling you the truth about yourself; therefore, they don’t have that much works to do. Negative beliefs are lying to you about yourself; therefore, they have to work hard to convince you it’s true.
因而,正面信念在告訴你的是關於你的真實面向,因此,它們要做的工作很少。而負面信念在欺騙你關於你的真相,因此,它們必須要努力做才能讓你信以為真。
And they will use every trick at their disposal to do so, including the use of fear to prevent you from letting them go.

Because you are too afraid to dig down and find out what they are.
因為,你們會很害怕去深入發掘它們的真實面貌。
But here’s the secret: The more you afraid you are, the closer you are to let it go.
但,這時侯的關鍵秘訣是(這裡有個秘訣要告訴你):你越是害怕,你就已經更接近「放下你的負面信念」的關卡。
Because the more you feel fear that means that negative beliefs is working that much harder to stop you, because it knows, you’re just about to let it go.

So you have to see through the smoke and mirrors that the negative beliefs used to keep you in the negative scenario, because that’s just their job, it’s not malicious.
所以,你必須看穿那「讓你處在負面場景裡的負面信念」的煙霧和屏障,並了解那只是負面信念的職責(功能),並非惡意。
It’s just the way they’re designed.
那只是它們(信念的功能)設計的運作方式。
