You choose to find it hard.

You need to start taking responsibility for your experiences.
你要開始對你的人生體驗負責

Stop blaming the situation
不要再責備（任何）情況

And start understanding that you're reacting to the situation in a way that you don't prefer to.
要知道：是你，以自己所不喜歡的方式，來應對這種情況

And you need to ask yourself why
所以，你需要問自己“為什麼?”

問：
Yes.

Well, start examining that
開始檢視它吧！

Start exploring that
開始探索它吧！

It doesn't do anything
祂，什麼也沒做

It doesn't throw you off.
祂，並沒有把你給扔出來

It isn't difficult.

It isn't hard.

You make it hard
是你讓它艱難

You make it difficult
是你讓它困難

You choose to be thrown off.
是你選擇被“甩”

Ask yourself why
你要問自己“為什麼？”

You would get something out of doing that

And then you'll start understanding what that definition is,

And you let it go if it no longer serves you
如果這種定義不再對你有益，那就釋放它

But as long as you believe it serves you to choose being thrown off or choose experiencing difficulty

You will hold on to it, and won't let it go
那你就會繼續緊抓這個定義不放

So, but you have to first take responsibility for the actual experience.

You can't say that it's just something that happens

I just get thrown off
“啊！我被甩了”

No, you don't.

You choose to be thrown off for your own reasons
是你，因為自己的原因，選擇被“甩”的！

Find out what those reasons are
找出這些被甩的原因

And if you find out you don't prefer those reasons
如果你發現：自己不喜歡這樣的原因

Let them go
那就釋放它們
